Service Description

About The Event Mothers, we all have one. You may have a loving relationship with yours, you may be adopted and have never met your birth mother, or your relationship may be fraught with pain and disappointment. Your relationship with your mother can influence not only your self-esteem but also how you see yourself as a woman in the world. This 90 minutes workshop is suitable for mothers and daughters to come together or alone. Each will focus on healing the relationship with their mother. In this process you will learn by using the following tools; mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, sharing, self-inquiry & reflection, accountability and interactive exercises. THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF: you have a challenging relationship with your mother and you don't want to confront her. You have unfinished emotional business with your mother but she has passed away. You were adopted and never knew your birth mother and you need closure. You have unresolved emotional pain about your relationship with your mother and want a safe space to process this. You have a functional relationship with your mother but want to bring more intimacy and tenderness to your interactions and communication. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE WORKSHOP You will be guided by a warm facilitator with over 5 years experience working with women as a counsellor, energy healer and mindfulness coach. The workshop will combine mindfulness, meditation, self-reflection, visualisation, journaling, accountability and sharing. You will be in a small group of women who are also committed to personal growth in a supportive and safe environment. Your experience will be heard, seen and acknowledged in an empathetic and therapeutic space.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be given for cancellation with 48 hours or more notice. 50% refund will be given for cancellation with up to 24 hours’ notice. No refund will be given for cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
