Ubuntu Afro Sister Circle 2020

This is a 12 week mentoring program for women of African decent who are "wellness curious”.

Weeks 1-4

8th - 29th July

Week 1 - a general check in and update on how you are navigating and taking care of yourself in the workspace. This session will include self-care tools and how to manage racism and ask for your needs in the workplace.

Week 2 - Gratitude and Abundance. In this week we will explore our blocks to abundance, explore our attitude to money and look at our blocks to gratitude and abundance. Remember that abundance is more than finances so if you're ok around money, you can use this session to explore lack of abundance in other areas of your life.

Weeks 3 - June Allen on Racial Wellness Tools. June will explore how we as black women unconsciously participate in upholding white supremacy
