Ubuntu Afro Sister Circle 2022 - Tuesday Group Program #2

This is a 12-week mentoring program for women of African descent who are "wellness curious”

This 12-week program is divided into 3 parts.

This program is for women who are interested in incorporating more wellness tools and spirituality into their lifestyle and want a safe space to be supported by other black women.

This group meets online via Zoom and can accommodate a maximum of 10 women.

It will incorporate weekly mindfulness process, body scan, feelings check, as well as a weekly focus such as relationship, self-esteem, what it means to be a black woman in the workplace, superwoman syndrome, micro-aggression, experiences of racism in the workplace, and the wider community.

The program will utilise therapeutic concepts and tools to enhance abundance and gratitude.
