Your relationship with your father will often reflect the one you have with your partner or how you relate to men in general.
Our fathers are meant to protect us, but what if they were absent, distant, or the source of abuse and neglect? How do we reconcile the void created by the emotional or physical absence?
This program comes complete with welcome and instruction videos, a workbook, and 2 audio-guided meditations.
The process also includes writing prompts, questions, and journaling.
The program explores 7 types of father dynamic, assists you to uncover your own father/daughter dynamic, and finishes with a process to re-imagine the ideal internal father figure that meets your current emotional needs.
