Friday
4pm - Pick-up from Central Station (you have the option to make your own way to arrive 5.30pm at the venue)
5.30pm - Arrive at location
6pm - Dinner
7.30pm Welcome session - Self Love Initiation
Saturday
6.30am - Yoga (optional)
8am - Breakfast
10am-12pm - Workshop - Self-Love What it is and What it's not
1pm - Lunch
4.30pm - Yoga
6pm - Dinner
8-9pm - Evening come together share poetry, sing, play
Sunday
6.30 yoga (optional)
8am - Breakfast
10am- Workshop - How to practice self-love in your everyday life
12pm - Retreat ends, drive back to city by 1.30pm

A full refund will apply if this event is cancelled due to COVID-19.
A full refund will apply if this event is canceled for any reason.
A full refund less the deposit of $50 will apply if you cancel your attendance 30 days before the retreat date.
A 50% refund less deposit will apply if you cancel your attendance less than 14 days before the retreat date.
