Living with Intention & Courage in 2022

If you want to learn to embody more courage in your life, this workshop is for you!

Setting intentions at the beginning of a new year is a natural impulse for most people and even if we do not do so formally, most of us still hope that things will be better in the coming year. Setting intentions in a group setting is even more powerful. Accountability plays a big part to encourage you to follow through.

In this 90 minute workshop, we will use mindfulness, journaling, self-reflection, and group work to gain awareness.
