Meditation was one of the key tools in my healing process and one that I continue to work with. As part of your toolkit for healing, I have recorded a selection of new meditations for your healing journey.

With the ongoing stress and trauma many are experiencing adjusting to re-engaging with society after isolation, as well as the racial stress in the black community, I wanted to share this body scan meditation. When we are highly stressed we can tend to leave our bodies and the quickest way to sooth our nerves and quieten the mind is to return into our body. Use this meditation daily for 7 days and then whenever you're feeling disassociated, overwhelmed or stressed.
